Affectionately known by her clients as “The Extension Queen” of South Florida, Lucy’s unmatched expertise and creative vision have earned her an esteemed reputation throughout the industry.
With over two decades of experience, Lucy is not only highly skilled in hair extensions but is also a Master Certified Colorist, known for her ability to craft seamless, natural-looking results. She is also Master Certified in Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE®) — the #1 most requested luxury hand-tied extension method
Daniela
Stylist & Colorist
Daniela is a highly skilled professional with over three years of experience in the beauty industry. She started her career under the mentorship of Lucy and has since developed a deep passion for color, which has become a hallmark of her work. Daniela's dedication to her craft allows her to constantly explore and experiment with various techniques, resulting in innovative and exceptional results for her clients. She specializes in creating both modern and classic updos, braids, and elegant styles for special occasions as well as amazing color transformations. Daniela's commitment to collaboration ensures that every client receives personalized and outstanding service.
Diana
Stylist & Extensionist
Diana began her career in the beauty industry in 2003 as a shampoo and styling assistant, quickly demonstrating a natural talent and passion for the craft. It wasn't long before she advanced to working full-time behind the chair, building a loyal clientele through her skill, professionalism, and warm demeanor.
Since joining the BeYOUtiful Concept team in 2022, Diana has continued to elevate the client experience, specializing in Keratin treatments, Signature blowouts and Extension move-ups.
Alexia
Stylist, Colorist & Extensionist
With five years of experience behind the chair. Alexia is passionate and detail-driven hairstylist who specializes in blonding, brondes, and hand-tied extensions. Known for her expertise in creating lived-in, low-maintenance styles, she focuses on enhancing her clients' natural beauty with effortlessly chic results.
Alexia is deeply committed to customizing each look to complement her clients' features and lifestyle—ensuring they leave her chair feeling confident, radiant, and refreshed.

Stylist Assistant
Martha sets the standard for hard work, dedication, and a true passion for the beauty industry. Currently serving as Lucy Bohn's personal styling assistant, she is actively honing her craft under Lucy's expert mentorship. With a natural eye for style and a commitment to excellence, Martha is quickly growing into a talented future stylist.

Personal Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator
Kaila is the welcoming face of BeYOUtiful Concept, serving as both Lucy Bohn's personal assistant and our front desk coordinator. Known for her sweet and caring nature, Kaila ensures every client receives white-glove service from the moment they walk through the door.
