Refund & Cancelation Policy

Due to high scheduling demand, please be aware that cancellations are only accepted 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit. No-Shows or appointment not canceled 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service scheduled. Please note all Hair Extension Deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
